Dr Sebastian Kamm is a Partner in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on Corporate Law/M&A, in particular on national and cross-border transactions. He has particular expertise in advising on private equity transactions and venture capital investments. In addition to his transactional expertise, he regularly advises clients on key corporate issues such as reorganisations, joint ventures and restructurings. He advises German and multinational investors and companies throughout the life cycle of a transaction.
