Marcus Kamp is a Partner in the Fieldfisher´s Dusseldorf office. With more than 18 years professional experience and as a Certified Specialist for Labour Law he advises national and international clients in all aspects of individual and collective labour law, both in and out of court. A main focus of his work is the strategic and conceptual planning of restructurings, transfer of undertakings, outsourcing and offshoring measures as well as corporate acquisitions including the respective labour law advice. In particular this includes the drafting of balance-of-interests and social plans as well as the negotiations with employee representatives at plant, company and group level, the representation in conciliation committees and the drafting and negotiation of collective agreements with unions during restructurings. He also advises on company pensions, particularly with respect to the harmonisation of pension schemes, outsourcing of pension liabilities and the statutory obligation to adjust pension benefits. In addition, he regularly advises companies, board members, managing directors and executive employees regarding drafting, concluding and terminating employment and service contracts.
