Kai-Oliver Krüger is a Partner in Fieldfisher´s Frankfurt am Main office and advises on M&A transactions, Joint Ventures, as well as complex group reorganisations and restructurings, such as mergers or other transformation processes. The focus of his M&A advice in national as well as international transactions is on sustainable Real Estate transactions around the topics of ESG (environmental, social, governance), especially in impact investments as defined by Art. 9 of the Disclosure Regulation. In corporate transformations and group reorganisations, he advises in particular on the establishment of European Companies (Societas Europaea), corporate governance and corporate co-determination.
