Dr Sven Labudda is a Partner in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on all aspects of Corporate, Investment and Capital Markets Law. A particular focus is on advising listed public companies and their governing bodies as well as funds, their management and fund initiators. He represents his clients in takeovers, equity and debt capital market transactions, venture capital investments, setting up funds and fundraising as well as in general questions of capital market, financial and fund regulation. Many of his clients are companies and entrepreneurs active in the Technology sector.
