Anita Malec is a Counsel in Feldfisher´s Dusseldorf office and advises on all areas of Antitrust Law and Investment Control. She advises on all aspects of German and European Antitrust Law. Her many years of experience include cartel investigations by the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office, the preparation and submission of leniency applications, support during searches by the cartel authorities and comprehensive compliance training. She also advises our clients on the abuse of dominant market positions, antitrust damages actions, German and European merger control and distribution antitrust issues.
