Daniel Marhewka

Daniel Marhewka is a Partner in Fieldfisher´s Munich office and Co-Head of Fieldfisher´s Energy and Natural Resources Group, focusing on Corporate and Energy Law. His particular expertise lies in advising on transactions in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors. He also regularly advises on M&A, private equity, venture capital and Real Estate transactions. These are mostly international, cross-border projects. He provides comprehensive support in corporate and energy law issues. His focus is on renewable energy, where he has advised on over 5,000 MW of solar, wind and other renewable energy projects in Europe and internationally. In addition, he has the exciting task of being jointly responsible for our advisory services in the Energy sector and setting priorities there. His clients include domestic and foreign investors, financial institutions and (family) businesses. As different as the clients are, as varied and diverse is the work he does for them. His work ranges from advising a joint venture for floating offshore wind projects, to the financing and acquisition of Europe's largest solar park with a capacity of 650 MW, to the mezzanine financing of various renewable energy portfolios in Germany, France and Poland.
