Jonas Mark
Jonas Mark is a Partner in Fieldfisher's Munich office and has represented national and international clients in Litigation and Arbitration for over 18 years. The focus of his work is representation in complex commercial law disputes, in particular Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Tax Law and Insolvency Law. Furthermore, he represents and advises in insurance liability disputes in the area of advisor and manager liability. He has particular expertise in the management, defence and enforcement of mass claims. His clients are national and international companies and groups in all sectors, as well as shareholders and entrepreneurs. However, his clients also include insurers, managers and law and tax firms.
