Dr Sascha Pres is a Partner in Fieldfisher's Berlin office and advises on Intellectual Property, in particular on Trade Mark, Design and Copyright Law as well as on Competition Law issues. His particular focus lies in the judicial enforcement of claims against infringers, as well as in the committed and passionate defence against unjustified claims by property right owners. He can draw on many years of experience, in particular in proceedings for interim legal protection and proceedings on the merits before the ordinary courts in Germany, and has successfully conducted numerous proceedings before national and international register authorities (DPMA, EUIPO, WIPO) and their instances, such as the Boards of Appeal, the European Court of Justice or the Federal Patent Court.
