Mike Seemann is a Counsel in Fieldfisher's Hamburg office and advises on all aspects of Real Estate Law. He supports private and institutional investors in all phases of a real estate investment - from acquisition to marketing and letting to the sale of the asset. One focus here is on providing legal advice on real estate transactions, in particular Commercial and special Real Estate, such as shopping centres, logistics properties, nursing homes and hotels, as well as project developments. He has many years of experience in the drafting and negotiation of Commercial leases as well as in other issues related to the management of Real Estate, in particular in Land, Tenancy and Construction Law.
