Fabian Schumann
Dr Fabian Schumann is a Counsel in Fieldfisher's Dusseldorf office and advises primarily in the areas of Finance Law and Corporate Law. He advises our clients on financial and corporate restructurings and reorganisations with national and international implications. His work takes place both within and outside of state regulatory proceedings and includes, in particular, the restructuring of listed companies and financing instruments. A particular focus of his work is also advising on transactions and financing parties in the context of complex bridge and real estate financings. In the area of real estate financing, he supports senior and mezzanine lenders in the financing of Commercial Real Estate and project developers in the acquisition of commercial and residential real estate portfolios. · Fieldfisher
