Florian Streiber
Dr Florian Streiber is a Partner in Fieldfisher's Hamburg office and specialising in Capital markets and Corporate Law. He advises both German and multinational companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions with a particular focus on German and cross-border M&A. He has particular expertise in connection with venture capital transactions and corporate transactions in the Real Estate sector where he advises companies on the acquisition and sale of real estate portfolios and the structuring of project developments. Besides his transactional practice, he advises his clients on general corporate matters such as group re-organisations, joint ventures and shareholder disputes as well as on corporate finance and restructuring transactions. Moreover, he consults medium-sized and family companies with respect to corporate structuring and succession matters.
