Dr Jan Wildhirth is a Partner for Legal Technology and Operations and leads the Fieldfisher X unit from Berlin as the Managing Director. He has broad experience in delivering legal services at scale, including successfully operating a digital mass defence business working for major clients from the automotive and the FinTech industry. Furthermore, he has broad legal expertise in corporate and capital markets law with a focus on founders and start-ups. He advises start-ups regarding corporate law, employee participation programs and financing rounds, and works closely with founders and represented them in exit negotiations.
