Felix Wittern
Dr Felix Wittern is a Partner in Fieldfisher's Hamburg office and Co-Head of the Technology & Data Practice Group in Germany, advising in particular on all Data Protection Law issues. He has been working in the field of Data Protection since 1993 and has many years of experience - both in law firms and as in-house Counsel in the Technology industry. His specialities are negotiations - whether with authorities or contracts - and complex projects. He is very active internationally, especially in the US-American region as well as for Asian companies, and has also worked for several years as a partner in our office in the USA (Silicon Valley). He is the Data Protection Officer for a large number of companies in Germany and at EU level. He is particularly familiar with Data Protection Law in some sectors: AdTech, Hardware, Automotive, Finance, Social Media, Telecommunications and Cloud Computing. As another area, he likes to support new topics, advise the development in the area of Artificial Intelligence and digital services.
