He advises employers and employees on counselling, negotiations and litigation, has been ranked in Chambers and Legal 500, has served on the Norwegian Industrial Democracy Committee and the Norwegian Bar Association’s Committee for labour legislation, and was a lecturer at UiT The Arctic University of Norway teaching labour legislation and contract law since 2005.
