My practice has had a focus on indirect and structured real estate work from early on in my career and I have advised on numerous corporate property acquisitions and disposals, property unit trusts and property joint ventures (many of which have had a cross border dimension). I also have significant experience in advising clients in the media and technology, hotels, leisure and retail, recruitment, engineering and mining sectors. I love working as a team with my colleagues and clients. Whilst I can be a bit of nerd and relish a technical legal challenge, I’m definitely not one for arguing for argument’s sake and moving things forward and getting deals done gives me the greatest satisfaction in my job.
