Ed Fuller
I am a debt finance lawyer advising largely on fund finance, acquisition finance (including leveraged finance),corporate lending, real estate finance and debt restructuring. I am a Partner in Fladgate's Funds, Finance & Regulatory team. I predominantly advise on debt finance transactions across a wide variety of sectors, including investment funds and asset management, insurance and insurance services, hotels and leisure, technology, house-building, telecommunications, utilities, infrastructure, clean energy, commercial real estate and health and care, both on domestic transactions and those with an international or cross-border element. I have always enjoyed the intellectual challenge of trying to structure and steer clients through potentially complex transactions. This aspect of my practice will likely be of increased significance in the years to come, as different opportunities present themselves as the world slowly revives from the pandemic and technology continues to disrupt even the most established and institutionalised industries. Outside of work, I will nearly always be found playing (in a very average but highly enthusiastic fashion) or watching a wide variety of sports and I also love music of most genres. · Fladgate LLP
