Ed Bellamy is a Partner in the Fox Williams financial services team, advising originators, financial institutions, private credit funds, investors, servicers and other market participants on public and private securitisations and related financing transactions. He joined Fox Williams in October 2024 from Dentons and previously worked at Paul Hastings, Skadden, Cadwalader and as Senior Legal Counsel at Insight Investment; he also advises on warehouse financings, forward flow transactions, portfolio sales, restructurings, commercial real estate financings and debt capital markets matters and regularly publishes and participates in industry groups.
