Sarah Redmond is a Partner in the Intellectual Property department with over 30 years’ experience in trade marks, handling clearance, filing, prosecution, oppositions, invalidations, assignments and co-existence agreements. She also advises on trade mark infringement and passing off, has extensive experience with UK and EU designs, and is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and member of CITMA and INTA (she sits on the Trade Mark Administrators committee).
