He specialises in international arbitration, litigation and public international law, acting as counsel and arbitrator in ad hoc (including UNCITRAL) and institutional (ICC, Swiss rules, HKIAC, SIAC, SCC, IATA) arbitrations and representing parties before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
