Christian Busca is a Law Partner of EY ’s Corporate and M&A team in Italy. He has a consolidated experience assisting both national and international clients on a range of M&A, corporate and commercial matters, especially in the consumer products, industrial products and advanced technologies sectors. Over the last years, he has dedicated to servicing of corporate NPEs, providing due diligence, management and compliance advice on this matter.
