Oriana Granato

Oriana is a Law Partner of EY in Italy and is Head of the firm’s Infrastructures and Project Finance team. She has a strongly established experience in energy, infrastructure and project finance market, both in Italy and abroad providing legal assistance in all phases of Project Finance transactions (i.e. due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting, assistance in negotiation, signing and closing of finance documents). Oriana has also gained significant experience in: the public-private partnership sector, having assisted primary domestic multi-utility companies in drafting, structuring and negotiating of PPP proposals in the following areas: (i) energy requalification of public building on EPC basis; (ii) electrification of public transport; (ii) construction and operation of waste to chemical plants; and M&A transactions in infrastructure and energy sector. · EY
