Luigi has been a member of the EY team since 2002 With more than 35 years of work experience, he has provided out-of-court professional assistance to large and medium-sized Italian and international companies on a variety of matters related to IT, internet law, personal data protection, industrial law and new technologies. He has also assisted national and international clients on Data Privacy matters in a number of extraordinary M&A and joint-venture transactions. Luigi has developed a special in-depth focus on IT law, data security, data protection and in reference to digital signatures, invoicing and electronic document storage.
