Marianna is an expert in commercial and intellectual property law, with a strong track record of advising on commercial agreements, such as licensing, assignment, and collaboration. Marianna’s previous experience has enabled her to develop a clear understanding of the commercial needs and unique requirements of each client. In addition to her practice, Marianna has a strong academic foundation that helps her advise on complex subject matter in accessible terms. She is currently pursuing a PhD in intellectual property law at King’s College London. In addition, Marianna frequently writes articles and is a recognised contributor to the Kluwer Copyright Blog.
