
Colin Howes
Colin is a consultant and former partner who applies his experience with numerous businesses and charitable organisations across a wide range of the firm’s clients. He provides specialist corporate and strategic advice on buying and selling businesses, investments in businesses, joint ventures and commercial agreements. Alongside that work he advises corporate and individual foundations, arts charities and other charities on commercial and regulatory issues. He has been involved with some of the firm’s best-known clients and projects. Many of the clients Colin advises are in the hospitality or media industries. He has a particular interested in seeing startup businesses progress to exit and beyond.
