
Alex Wyatt
Principal Associate Solicitor | Property Dispute Resolution Team Alex is a senior associate in the Commercial Litigation ad Dispute Resolution team and is head of Property Dispute Resolution. Alex helps organisations, families, and individuals to resolve challenges with properties they own or rent. He regularly acts for housing associations and local authorities, with extensive understanding of the challenges they face. Alex advises on issues relating to lease renewals, extensions, variations, rectifications, and terminations. He also helps with issues around service charges, possession, dilapidations, injunctions, forfeiture, constructive trusts, and leasehold enfranchisement. A key area of expertise for Alex is property development, where he works with owners, developers, and investors to resolve disputes that affect their projects. This includes helping clients to identify risks that could affect their developments and undertaking due diligence.
