Urs Boller is a partner and co-heads the Dispute Resolution practice in Zurich. He specialises in complex cross-border proceedings before Swiss courts and international arbitral tribunals. In his more than 15 years of experience as a disputes lawyer, Urs Boller has been involved in numerous court and arbitration proceedings (including proceedings under the ICC Rules, Swiss Rules and ad-hoc proceedings). He has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including mechanical engineering, construction, transportation, energy, aviation, banking, consulting, M&A and IP/IT. A particular focus of his work is debt collection and bankruptcy law.
