Samuel Ljubicic practices corporate law and M&A, banking and finance, capital markets and real estate law. He regularly advises clients on national and cross-border M&A and finance transactions, debt securities and equity investments as well as transfers of credit risks. Furthermore, he has significant experience in real estate transactions and property development.
