Guy-Philippe Rubeli advises and represents Swiss and international clients in commercial matters. He advises corporate and institutional clients on matters relating to corporate law, contract law, employment law, real estate law and recovery matters, with a focus on dispute resolution issues, in particular before state courts and arbitral tribunals.
