David heads the thriving (and growing) property and construction team based in the Liverpool, Manchester and London offices. His own particular areas of expertise include property investment and development work, and landlord and tenant issues. Originally joining the firm in 1976, David has served on its board (in various manifestations) for 25 years. He currently chairs the audit committee and is its compliance officer for legal practice. He was president of the Liverpool Law Society in 2000.
