She also has extensive experience as in-house counsel for international architectural and engineering practices where Najma was responsible for their EMEA and APAC offices. Latterly she was the senior associate at an international engineering practice, where Najma was responsible for international projects and their Middle East offices. Her pragmatic, commercial advice helped secure payment of significant outstanding fees on large-scale engineering projects.
