Vanessa is a partner at Howard Kennedy. She is a solicitor who advises retail and leisure operators and property investors on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinances, and all aspects of portfolio management. Vanessa has over 20 years' retail and leisure sector experience, advising a wide range of domestic and international retail and leisure clients on the full life cycle of their occupation, including site acquisition, disposals and general portfolio management. Vanessa also advises new entrants to the UK retail market, with experience ranging from national portfolio acquisitions and roll-out programmes to high-value single-store acquisitions in London’s West End.
