Heidi has represented clients in investor state disputes under the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and ad-hoc (UNCITRAL) and commercial dispute under rule of the London Court of Arbitration (LCIA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), and ad hoc arbitrations. She has a diverse experience spanning the oil and gas sector, shareholder complexities, telecommunications, and commercial disputes.
