Michael Weissman

Michael Weissman is a legal director in the non-contentious Construction team. He focuses on real estate development and the energy and infrastructure sectors, acting for a wide range of developers, funders, investors, and contractors. Michael has significant experience drafting and negotiating all forms of construction documentation, such as building, civil engineering and infrastructure contracts, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, consultancy appointments, bonds, guarantees and collateral warranties. He is also adept at advising on a wide range of forms of building and infrastructure contract including JCT, NEC, ICC and FIDIC forms. Prior to joining Howard Kennedy, Michael completed a long-term secondment advising 57 Whitehall Sarl on the redevelopment of the iconic Old War Office Building on Whitehall, as seconded project counsel. · Howard Kennedy LLP
