Patrick is an award-winning Real Estate Partner and is National Head of Housebuilding & Strategic Land. He is recognised as one of the leading residential development lawyers in the UK. He has won ‘Solicitor of the Year 2022’ (Notts Law Society) and is a previous recipient of ‘Junior Lawyer of the Year’. He was also named as one of the ‘Top 10 Remarkable East Midlands Real Estate Lawyers to Watch’ in 2023 by Business Today.
