Partner in the personal injury team in London office, dealing with both claimant and defendant work. Almost all her cases have an international aspect. Her main specialist area is European PI claims, in particular road traffic accidents, although she also deals with employers’ liability, public liability and some product liability (in conjunction with Antony Colman, a product liability expert). She speaks and writes German. She deals with substantial claims including catastrophic injury claims of over £2m. She specialises in cross-border claims involving jurisdiction and foreign law issues.
