I am a Partner at Irwin Mitchell's Newcastle office and Middlesbrough consulting office. I'm the Regional Managing Partner for Personal Injury and also lead the Serious Injury team. I specialise in helping people who have sustained serious and life changing injuries, particularly assisting individuals who have suffered brain and spinal cord injuries and multiple orthopaedic injuries in claiming compensation following injury. I have a particular interest in complex liability issues arising out of accidents in the workplace, and road traffic collisions particularly involving pedestrians, and have dealt with a number of claims which other solicitors have considered too difficult to pursue.
