Zoe is an associate director and partner in the Sheffield family team of Irwin Mitchell. Zoe has specialist family law expertise and deals regularly with complex high-value financial cases involving property portfolios, businesses and trusts. She also led the reported case of GR v DR [2013] 2FLR 1534. Zoe has a particular interest in dealing with same sex marriages and has helped the team develop its expertise in this area. She routinely advises clients on the protections of assets in prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements, as well as working with the firm’s Court of Protection team to advise on the complexities of multi-million pound personal injury settlements.
