Darren Wilson

Darren is a Senior Associate within the serious injury Team in Sheffield. He has been at Irwin Mitchell since 1997 with over 22 years of experience dealing with cases involving serious and life changing injury, as well as complex causation cases and emerging areas of law. Darren deals with a variety of injury types but primarily those involving serious orthopaedic injury, psychological and pain type cases, often with difficult causal factors and/or where capacity is an issue. Darren places great emphasis upon rehabilitation to maximise recovery, working with industry professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans, ideally using the Serious Injury Guide or the Rehabilitation Code, but unilaterally where necessary.
