Naomi Jones
Naomi joined Quastels in December 2022 as a partner in the commercial real estate team. Naomi specialises in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acting for landlords and tenants, drafting, negotiating and advising on leases and associated documents and complex conditional sale and purchase agreements. Naomi also has experience of working with developers, setting up commercial and mixed use developments and working with clients’ teams of professionals to ensure that the best possible advice is given based on the individual circumstances and wider concerns (including negotiating and reviewing ancillary documents such as s106 Agreements). In addition, Naomi has built up relationships with commercial lenders, giving expert advice in a time efficient manner to ensure their interests are fully protected whilst recognising the importance of maintaining relationships with their customers. · Quastels LLP
