Jonathan Neilan

Jonathan Neilan is an experienced Real Estate Partner and has been acting in the commercial property and new-build sector since 2000. He advises all on all types of commercial and large-scale residential property transactions, including purchasing and financing sites and dealing with their subsequent disposal. His recent focus has been in structuring site-set ups for onward sale and dealing with the lettings of commercial units for developers, advising on the development process and disposal of the finished product. Jonathan has an established and diverse client base. As well as acting for public limited companies and investment groups on new-build schemes he has built up a wide individual client base, partly through his attendance at overseas property exhibitions across Eastern Europe, the Middle East & Asia.
