Javita Malhotra

Javita is a Partner in the family team and is experienced in advising on all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, financial matters, disputes relating to children and separation in respect of unmarried couples. Javita qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and since then has established a wide-ranging family practice. Her expertise includes providing advice on and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements to protect pre-acquired assets or future wealth. She has worked at firms in the Thames Valley for the last 6 years. Javita has a dogged determination to ensure that her clients' best interests are met whilst also providing support and reassurance to her clients in order to meet their objectives.
