Emily is a partner within the public law team, specialising in representing clients in investigations, inquisitorial proceedings and information law. Her background within criminal and regulatory proceedings has provided her with a balance of defence and prosecution experience and a particular strength in dealing with complex, large-scale matters. Emily has been involved in a number of high-profile public inquiries and inquests.
