Emma joined the Immigration team as an Associate in September 2021 and is a member of the department’s corporate client team. Emma has broad experience of assisting clients on matters relating to: EEA/non-EEA nationals Sponsor Licence applications and compliance Skilled Worker and Senior or Specialist visas Government Authorised Exchange visas for interns Business visitors’ permitted activities Sole Representative visas now closed to new applicants Moreover, she also has experience in private immigration such as: Spouse visas Human rights applications Indefinite Leave to Remain British naturalisation/registration applications Emma is listed in the Pro Bono Recognition List 2025. Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Emma worked at a central London law firm specialised in UK immigration and nationality for four years and gained extensive experience dealing with corporate but also private clients. Before coming to the UK, Emma graduated with a First class Honours degree in International, Comparative and European Law including a Joint Master's degree in European Law and Human Rights from UT1 Toulouse Capitole and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2016. Emma is a native French speaker and has developed strong ties with the French community in London. She therefore regularly advises French companies and individuals on their UK immigration matters.
