Matthew Forrest is a Partner in TLT’s Property Litigation team (North West: Manchester) who specialises in real estate litigation acting for retailers, leisure operators, developers, investors and utility and telecoms companies. He has particular expertise in dilapidations, lease renewal proceedings, business rates, tenant default/insolvency, service charges, break options, adverse possession, rights to light and telecommunications issues; he qualified as a solicitor in 2003, joined TLT in 2015 and is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Compulsory Purchase Association.
