Partner in TLT's Insolvency and Corporate Recovery (North West) team with over 20 years' commercial litigation experience, advising insolvency practitioners and acting for the Insolvency Service on contentious insolvency, company law, investigations, director duties and public interest winding up. She heads a team of investigators carrying out investigations for the Department for Business, Enterprise and Industrial Strategy, is a Certified Investigator, is recognised by Legal 500 for Dispute Resolution and chairs the North West Fraud Forum; she also handles data privacy, procurement disputes and contractual claims for public bodies such as the Department of Health.
