He leads work on major UK projects including National Highways’ Lower Thames Crossing, expansion plans for Luton Airport, and TfL’s Rotherhithe to Canary Wharf pedestrian and cycle crossing, and is a noted adviser on road user charging, workplace parking levies and low emission zones.
