Richard Marsh is a partner in TLT's Infrastructure Planning and Parliamentary team with more than 20 years' experience securing planning consents for major infrastructure projects across the clean energy, transport and commercial sectors. He has advised on more than 20 Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (DCOs) and on projects requiring TWAOs, CPOs, HROs, hybrid bills and Section 36 Electricity Act consents, and regularly advises on planning applications and appeals for large-scale energy and commercial developments.
