Nicola Mead-Batten is a litigator and public law and judicial review specialist and a Partner at TLT, having joined the firm’s Commercial Regulatory team in December 2022. She spent the formative decade of her career at Baker McKenzie (London and Melbourne) working on public law, media and regulatory matters and on contractual/tortious disputes, fraud, pensions litigation and LCIA/ICC arbitration, and was previously Partner and Head of the Public Law Regulatory team at Capital Law where she represented the British Medical Association and advised bodies including the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Welsh Government, the Gambling Commission and UK Anti-Doping; she is also a Board Member of Sport Wales.
