Lizzie Stone is a legal director in the Pensions and Incentives team at TLT (South West). She advises on pension liability management including scheme closure, winding-up, buy-outs and buy-ins and governance for employers and trustees, and on employee share and incentive arrangements (including EMI, Employee Shareholder Status and HMRC-approved all‑employee share plans), employee tax, taxation of severance payments, IR35 and agency workers tax legislation; she trained at TLT and qualified in September 2011, becoming an Associate in May 2016.
