Jessica is a partner in the Residential Property department at Lee Bolton Monier-Williams, advising corporate and individual clients on the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold residential properties, including new build and listed buildings. She handles leasehold enfranchisement, voluntary freehold acquisitions, lease extensions, overage deeds, deeds of variation and the granting of new leases, and also acts for insolvency practitioners on residential and commercial property sales.
